I was a huge fan of the physical Bon-Ton store that closed near me.
I was very happy when I found out that I would still be able to order from the store online.
However, I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I have received when I went to return these shoes (they were tight on me). The email address listed on the returns section of the website didn't even work. I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org inquiring, and got no response. Their policy states that there's only 30 days to return so their lack of communication really isn't appreciated.
Luckily for me, a friend who is a shoe size down tried these on and I was able to sell them to her.
Unless I know I love a product and it will absolutely fit/work for me, I won't be ordering from Bon-Ton again.
