As part of the ordering process, you will be asked to enter your ZIP code to verify we deliver in your area. When your ZIP code has been verified a toll-free number will be made available for you to place an order and set up delivery. Alternatively, if you complete an order online, a customer service representative will contact you within three business days to set up delivery, review shipping charges, and cover any payment plans that may apply to your order.
Furniture Return Policy:
Within 30 days after delivery, if you are not satisfied with your in-stock furniture purchase, we will repair, exchange the merchandise (limited to a one time re-selection), or pick up the merchandise for credit, (minus fees). A $90 pick up fee will be charged and a 15% restock fee will be deducted from the original returned purchase. Customer Preference returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Stated fees apply. Merchandise found to be damaged at delivery should be reported to Customer Service no later than five days after delivery. Natural variances in leather, wood grain and stone as well as distressing variances will be considered a Preference Return or Exchange. After 30 days, all merchandise will be serviced or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.>
