What is Your Rewards?
Your Rewards is the name of our store credit card loyalty program with four levels of participation. Rewards are earned at each level and are redeemed in the form of a Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass with virtually no exclusions.

What are the names of the Your Rewards loyalty levels?
There are four levels: Classic, Signature, Signature Select and Elite.

How many points must be earned for each loyalty level?
0-499 = Classic, 500-999 = Signature, 1000-1499 = Signature Select and 1500+ = Elite.

Will I receive a new Your Rewards credit card when I earn enough points to reach the next level?
A new credit card is issued when a customer reaches Elite status.

How do I earn Your Rewards points?
When you use your store credit card, you’ll earn one point for every dollar spent, excluding furniture departments and mattresses. Watch for advertisements for special days when double or triple points can be earned for each dollar spent.

Where can I use my Your Rewards credit card?
Use your store credit card at all Bon-Ton, Bergner’s, Boston Store, Carson's, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s, Younkers and Detroit-area Parisian department stores and furniture galleries, shopping services or online.

My store credit card doesn’t state “Your Rewards” on the front. Can I still use it to earn points in Your Rewards?
Yes, as long as you are using a valid Bon-Ton, Bergner’s, Bon-Ton, Boston Store, Carson's, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s, Younkers and Detroit-area Parisian credit card, you may earn points on purchases made in our department stores, online and through our Shopping Service.

What are Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes and how can I earn them?
Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes are the best coupon we offer and are exclusive to Your Rewards members. One All-Day Shopping Pass is earned for every 500 points accumulated.

Are any departments excluded from earning points?
Furniture departments and mattress purchases are excluded from both points earned and pass redemption.

Can Your Rewards points be earned on online purchases?
Yes, for purchases made with your store credit card.

What are the dates of the Your Rewards program year?
The Your Rewards program runs from January 1 through December 31 each year.

Do Your Rewards points expire?
Your Rewards points expire at the end of the year with Classic Your Rewards membership status. Unused points rollover annually for customers with Signature, Signature Select or Elite Your Rewards membership status.

Will a customer's account be downgraded if they do not earn enough points to stay at their current level?
Yes. Accounts will be evaluated at the end of the program year and will be placed in the appropriate level based on points earned.

Will points be deducted for returned merchandise?
One point is deducted for every dollar credited to a Your Rewards credit card account.

Can customers earn points on their cash or other charge card purchases?
No. Only points are earned on purchases made with a Your Rewards store credit card.

How can a customer keep track of their Your Rewards points?
Points will be displayed on a customer's billing statement every month. Customers who are enrolled in "online bill pay" through our website may view their year-to-date points by clicking on the red “View Rewards” in the "account overview" section at any time. Customers may also call Credit Customer Service at 1-800-942-0739 and enter their account number in the automated Voice Response Unit to find out their points total (based upon their last billing statement).

Can a customer become a Signature, Signature Select or Elite customer on the first day they make a purchase?
If a customer earns the minimum points in one day, they will be upgraded to the appropriate level immediately.

How will customers receive their Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes?
Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes will be delivered as a separate mailer to customers, after the month in which they have earned their pass(es). Regardless if a customer receives their statement online or through the mail, their Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes will be mailed to them.

What is the discount amount on the Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes?
Signature members receive All-Day Shopping Passes for 15% off apparel, fine jewelry, accessories, home store, cosmetics & fragrance. Signature Select and Elite members receive All-Day Shopping Passes for 20% off apparel, accessories & fine jewelry, 15% off fashion watches, home store, cosmetics & fragrance.

Is there any limit to the number of Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes a customer can receive?
A customer may receive up to four All-Day Shopping Passes per month.

Can Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes be redeemed online?
Sorry, Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be redeemed on mail, phone or internet orders.

Can Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes be combined with other offers?
No. Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be used in conjunction with store coupons or with “use card” events such as Customer Appreciation.

Are Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes subject to any exclusions?
Incredible Value and Yellow Dot merchandise, gift cards and service departments are excluded from shopping pass redemption. Furniture department and mattress purchases are excluded from both points earned and pass redemption. Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be redeemed online. Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be combined with any other coupon or used in conjunction with “use card” events such as Customer Appreciation.

How long are Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes valid?
Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes are valid for 60 days. The expiration date is printed on the pass.

How many days can a customer use a Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass?
Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes may be used for purchases made on one entire day of the customer's choice during the 60-day period that the pass is valid.

Can a Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass be used at more than one store?
On the day the customer chooses to use their Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass, they may redeem it at any department store location of The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc.

When do free shipping coupons get issued and how?
Free shipping coupons will be sent with a customer's February billing statement based on loyalty status: One for Signature, two for Signature Select and three for Elite. One shipping coupon will also be sent in any month an account is upgraded. A minimum $50 purchase is required to receive free shipping for an online purchase.

How many free shipping coupons can be earned in one year?
Customers earn one free shipping coupon when they reach Signature status. Another is earned upon reaching Signature Select status and a third at Elite status. Customers can earn a maximum of three free shipping coupons per program year, January 1 through December 31.

Can free shipping coupons be used on all purchases?
Free shipping is excluded from furniture and bedding deliveries and is limited to ground delivery in the continental United States (excludes APO or FP addresses). A minimum $50 purchase is required to receive free shipping for an online purchase.

Do the free shipping coupons expire?
Free shipping coupons expire March 1st of the year following the one in which they were issued.

Can free shipping coupons be used for online purchases and through the Shopping Service?
Yes. Free shipping coupons can be used on purchases through the Shopping Service. There is a special code included on the shopping pass for using online. A minimum $50 purchase is required to receive free shipping for an online purchase.

Are Bon-Ton associates and retirees eligible to participate in Your Rewards?
The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. associates and retirees are not eligible to participate in Your Rewards and program benefits cannot be combined with the associate discount.
