What is Your Rewards?
YOUR REWARDS is the name of our credit card loyalty program. Customers may earn a variety of benefits, including a $20 Rewards Card for every $200 spent. (See details on the Rewards Cards offer in Question 19.)

How do I enroll in the YOUR REWARDS program?
As long as you are using a valid YOUR REWARDS, Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson's, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's or Younkers credit card on purchases made in our department stores, online, or through our Shopping Service, you are automatically enrolled.

What are the different membership levels of the YOUR REWARDS program?
There are two membership levels: Signature and Elite.

What is the difference between Signature and Elite membership?
New credit card accounts are opened as Signature membership. Once you spend $1,000 in net credit card purchases in a calendar year, you achieve an Elite membership. Only accounts in good standing will be upgraded.

Will my account be downgraded if I do not maintain annual spending at my current level?
Yes. Accounts will be evaluated at the end of the program year and will be placed in the appropriate membership, based on your total annual net purchases.

Our private label credit card is called the YOUR REWARDS credit card.

Where can I use my YOUR REWARDS credit card?
Use a YOUR REWARDS credit card at all Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson's, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's and Younkers department stores and furniture galleries, shopping services or any of our store Websites.

My card doesn't state "YOUR REWARDS" on the front. Can I still use it to earn Rewards Cards?
Yes, as long as you are using a valid Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson's, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's or Younkers credit card, your purchases will count towards Rewards Cards.

Will I receive a new YOUR REWARDS credit card when I achieve Elite membership?
Yes. A new credit card is issued when you reach Elite membership.

What are Rewards Cards, and how do I earn them?
Rewards Cards are exclusive to YOUR REWARDS members. Each time your net purchases made on a YOUR REWARDS credit card equals at least $200, a Rewards Card will be issued after the current month ends. Rewards Cards are issued one time per month, based on the prior month's purchases. Multiple cards will be issued if you pass multiples of $200 in the same month, or if certain other criteria are met. (See details on the Rewards Cards offer in Question 19.)

How can I earn multiple Rewards Cards?
- For every $200 in net purchases on a YOUR REWARDS credit card, you will receive a Rewards Card. If you spend $600 in one month, you'll receive three!
- Double It! Doubling your rewards can be done monthly by shopping in store and online, or when purchasing merchandise from a featured department in conjunction with merchandise from another department.
Multiple Rewards Cards can be earned and will be issued each month. There is no limit to the number of rewards cards that you can earn. The Your Rewards program is provided by the Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., and its terms may change at any time.

Will returns count against my rewards balance?
Yes. If you return merchandise that contributed to your rewards balance, you will be refunded the net/return value of the merchandise in the form of your original payment, and the value of returned merchandise is removed from your rewards balance.
If you use your Rewards Card to make a purchase and then return that purchase, you will be refunded the net/return value of the merchandise in the form of your original payment. You will not receive a replacement for the original Rewards Card.
(Because items may have been purchased prior to the plan's beginning on 2/15/13, returns that result in your rewards balance being negative will be ignored during the first 45 days of the program.) -
Are any departments, merchandise or services excluded from earning Rewards Cards?
No. Merchandise and service purchases made in all departments count toward your rewards balance.

Can Rewards Cards be earned on online purchases?
Yes, online purchases made with a YOUR REWARDS credit card will count toward your reward balance. These purchases will be added to your rewards balance once the purchase is charged to YOUR Rewards credit card.

Can I earn Rewards Cards with purchases made with cash or other charge cards?
No. Rewards Cards are earned only on purchases made with a YOUR REWARDS credit card.

Where can I find information on my rewards balance?
Your rewards balance will be displayed on your billing statement every month. You may also call Credit Customer Service at the phone number listed on your billing statement or on the back of a YOUR REWARDS credit card to find out your current status. You may also check online, at the site listed on the back of your card.

How will I receive my Rewards Cards?
Rewards Cards will be mailed monthly.

What is the discount amount on Rewards Cards?
Rewards Cards can be redeemed for $20 off a regular or sale price purchase of $50 or more when you use a YOUR REWARDS credit card, OR for $10 off a $50 or more regular or sale price purchase of fragrance, cosmetics, small electrics, Health & Wellness, toys, coffee, candy, food, fashion watches and Tech Trek. Rewards Card redemption is subject to credit approval, and excludes Incredible Value and Yellow Dot/Black Dot merchandise, service departments, Clearance Center merchandise, special orders, gift cards, online Coach purchases and Tempur-Pedic.
Rewards Cards may not be combined with coupons or "use card" discount offers; they may be combined ("stacked") with other Rewards Cards, provided that the total minimum purchase of $50 per Rewards Card is met. Special offers and discounts that allow for the Rewards Card to be used in combination with the special offer may be offered periodically. Rewards Cards are for one-time use only, and must be presented and surrendered at the time of in-store use. Rewards Cards expire upon use in-store or online. Duplicates and reproductions will not be accepted.

How can I earn free standard shipping?

What are the free shipping details?
Elite members may redeem their free standard shipping benefit only on online purchases of $25 or more, made with a YOUR REWARDS credit card. The free shipping benefit is mailed quarterly, one promo code per month. Subject to credit approval. Excludes furniture and mattresses. All additional fees are the responsibility of the cardholder. Surcharges may apply. The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., associates and retirees are not eligible.
