Being a Your Rewards member is easy.

Simply use your store credit card whenever you shop and you’ll begin earning points toward terrific Your Rewards benefits right away!

For every net dollar you charge on your store credit card on applicable merchandise in our stores or online, you’ll earn one Your Rewards point and earn your way to other exciting benefits.

Elite Membership Benefits

By earning 1500 points in a calendar year, you qualify to become a Your Rewards Elite member and will be sent a unique Elite Your Rewards credit card that replaces your Signature Your Rewards credit card. At this level, Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes increase to 20% off apparel, accessories and fine jewelry; 15% off home store, cosmetics and fragrances; and are mailed for every 500 points you earn as long as you remain at Your Rewards Elite member status. You are also eligible for three free shipping coupons (annual benefit) that will be included in your statement, no points expiration and a special anniversary celebration offer. You also receive all the benefits listed as a Signature Select member.

Signature Select Membership Benefits

By earning 1000–1499 points in a calendar year, you qualify to become a Your Rewards Signature Select member. At this level Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes increase to 20% off apparel, accessories and fine jewelry; 15% off home store, cosmetics and fragrances; and are mailed for every 500 points you earn as long as you remain a Your Rewards Signature Select member. You are also eligible for two free shipping coupons (annual benefit) that will be included as an insert in your statement and no points expiration. You also receive all the benefits listed as a Signature member.

Signature Membership Benefits

By earning 500–999 points in a calendar year, you qualify to become a Your Rewards Signature member and will be sent a unique Signature Your Rewards credit card that replaces your Classic Your Rewards credit card and identifies you as one of our best customers. A 15% off Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass with virtually no exclusions will be mailed for every 500 points you earn, as long as you remain a Your Rewards Signature member. You are also eligible for one free shipping coupon (annual benefit) that will be included in your statement and no points expiration. You also receive all the benefits listed as a Classic member.

Please note: As you move up to a higher membership level from Signature to Signature Select, and from Signature Select to Elite, you will receive one additional free shipping coupon.

Classic Membership Benefits

By earning up to 499 points in a calendar year, you may take advantage of no annual fee, exclusive cardholder savings, receive advance notice of sales through the mail, and receive a birthday celebration offer. Please note that your points will not carry over into the next calendar year, unless you have earned any membership level higher than Classic.

Earning your way to savings

Each time you earn 500 points during a calendar year, you’ll receive a Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass.

It’s the ultimate convenience, since you choose the day to redeem your pass within a 60-day period. Your All-Day Shopping Pass can be redeemed on regular and sale priced items, with virtually no exclusions. You’ll save up to 20% on our top brands and items that rarely goes on sale, like cosmetics, fragrances and designer merchandise.

You can earn up to four Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes per month, each valid for 60 days. Unused points roll over annually if you have Signature, Signature Select or Elite status.

Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes are delivered as part of your paper billing statement. If you enroll in paperless billing statements, you will receive your All-Day Shopping Pass as a separate mailer.

Incredible Value merchandise, Yellow Dot Clearance merchandise, gift cards and service departments are excluded from Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass redemption. Furniture, mattress, area rug or furniture accessory purchases are excluded from both points earned and pass redemption. Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be combined with store coupons or events such as Customer Appreciation.

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel the Your Rewards program at any time without notice. The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. associates are not eligible to participate in Your Rewards and program benefits cannot be combined with associate discount.

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. Your Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions

As used in these Terms and Conditions, “you” or “your” means the cardholder who is obligated on an account at stores owned by The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., including Bergner’s, Bon-Ton, Boston Store, Carson Pirie Scott, Elder Beerman, Herberger’s, Younkers and Detroit-area Parisian stores.

The terms “we,” “our” and “us” mean The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. The term “net purchases” means the dollar amount of purchases made using a Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. credit card less the amount credited for the return of any merchandise that had been purchased using a store credit card.

By participating in the Your Rewards program, (hereinafter, “the Program”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms set forth in your Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement and Consumer Advertising Disclosures.

General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or modify the terms of the Program at any time and in any way including, the right to discontinue benefits or expire points (as explained more fully below), to change the benefits or to adjust the number of points earned for each dollar in net purchases.

We reserve the right to cancel your participation in the Program in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Who is eligible to participate in the Program?

When HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. (HSBC) approves a credit card for you with us, you are automatically enrolled in the Program at the “Classic” level. You can begin to earn and accrue Your Rewards points based the amount of net purchases made with your store credit card. Your account will be reviewed every month. The account will be automatically upgraded to the “Signature” level when you have earned 500 points. When you have earned 1000 points, your account will be upgraded to the “Signature Select” level and when you have earned 1500 points, your account will be upgraded to the “Elite” level.

The number of points you earn during a calendar year will be used to determine your status level in the Program for the following calendar year. If during a calendar year you had not earned the minimum number of points to maintain your then-current level, your account will be downgraded to the appropriate level. To maintain your account at the Signature level you must have earned a minimum of 500 points in the calendar year; to maintain your account at the Signature Select level, you must have earned a minimum of 1000 points; and to maintain your account at the Elite level, your account must have earned a minimum of 1500 points. Once you reach the qualifying points for Signature, Signature Select or Elite levels, your benefits at each level include the benefits associated with the preceding level(s) of the Your Rewards program.

You remain eligible to earn points and the benefits associated with Classic, Signature, Signature Select or Elite levels (subject to the qualifying net purchases at the Bon-Ton stores stated above) as long as your Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. account remains open and HSBC has not revoked your charging or purchasing privileges.

Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. associates are not eligible for the benefits offered under the Program and points cannot be earned for purchases made using an associate discount. Associates are not eligible for bonus point promotions.

How do your Rewards points accrue?

You will receive one Your Rewards point for every dollar in net purchases made at a Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. department store or through a Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. owned website. Points cannot be earned on merchandise purchased from Furniture Galleries and Furniture Departments.

How are Your Rewards points and/or benefits redeemed?

You will receive one Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Pass for every 500 points you earn. Your Rewards points are updated monthly at the time of your Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. credit card monthly billing statement. Your current points will appear on your credit card monthly billing statement.

After you have earned the qualifying Your Rewards points, you will be notified that you have reached the Your Rewards Signature, Signature Select or Elite levels. At the Signature and Elite levels, you will receive a new credit card and information regarding the benefits available to you at these levels. You may also receive additional information about more benefits from time to time.

One free standard shipping coupon is awarded at the Signature, Signature Select and Elite levels. You are required to use your Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. credit card to purchase the item associated with the shipping coupon.

How do Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes work?

You will receive Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes based on the number of points you earn. The All-Day Shopping Passes will be mailed to you with your credit card monthly billing statement. If you enroll in paperless billing statements, you will receive your All-Day Shopping Pass as a separate mailer.

Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes expire 60 days from the date of the statement with which they were delivered and must be used before the expiration date. Each shopping pass may be used by you on one entire day of your choice prior to the expiration date.

Once you have reached the Signature level, the All-Day Shopping Passes will allow you to receive a 15% discount on apparel, accessories, fine jewelry, home store, cosmetics and fragrances. The discount on apparel, accessories and fine jewelry (only) increases to 20% at the Signature Select and Elite levels. Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be used on mail, telephone or internet orders, merchandise found in Furniture Galleries and Furniture Departments, Yellow Dot Clearance merchandise, Incredible Value merchandise, previously purchased merchandise, gift cards, or service departments, such as beauty salons, gift wrapping and alterations. Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes cannot be used in conjunction with store coupons or selected events such as Customer Appreciation.

When are Your Rewards points and/or benefits forfeited?

You will forfeit all accumulated and unused Your Rewards points and access to all benefits associated with the Your Rewards program at the end of the current program year if your Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. credit card account has been closed for any reason.

When do rewards points and/or benefits expire?

Your Rewards points earned and not redeemed at the Classic level will expire on December 31st of the current calendar year. Your Rewards points earned and not redeemed at the Signature, Signature Select and Elite levels will carry over to the next calendar year unless your account is closed. Points that carry over to the next calendar year are used to earn Your Rewards All-Day Shopping Passes, not to maintain your membership level.
